How do you change a blower pulley on an S-Trim?

I need to change my blower pulley. How do you do this without hurting the shaft. I took the bolt and washer out but it's stick on there pretty good. What should I do?
Also anyone running a 7" crank and 3.33 pulley that can tell me what size belt I need. Thanks

pulley changeAfter removal of nut 7 washer

After removal of nut & washer use a small puller.if pulley has been on for a while,the shaft has a tendecy to get a little rust on it...Put some bearing grease on the shaft & pulley opening prior to reinstall....
