Wondering how much you guys think this car is worth....

1992 LX 5.0 Hatchback. Automatic. 93k miles. Bimini blue. Grey interior. Very clean. One nice repaint about 10 years ago. I'm very picky, and I think it's a very clean car. It's completely rust free, unmodified, no signs of body twist, floors are clean, torque boxes are perfect, interior is very nice except that it needs a steering wheel. I've had a real problem finding any clean stock LX hatchbacks under $6k.

what would you guys estimate it's value to be?

Sorry but I can't figure out how to post more pics.

It's a tough one to say bud. It really depends on the market. If I'm not mistaken, you're in SC right? Foxes (for some reason) are a dime a dozen in this area. Finding a local buyer for a really clean and low mile car is going to be tough if you aren't trying to sell nationwide.

If you're willing to put forth the work (tons of pictures, lengthy correspondence etc), you could sell it out of state and get more money for it. It's one of my personal favorite color combos, you're just way out of my ball league. I'm the kind of guy that fixes turds LOL.

I see a stock automatic hatchback pulling somewhere between 6k-8k personally. Add another grand if it were a coupe, and another on top of that if it were a stick car. Don't ask me why, it's just what I've seen the market do. It's not especially low miles, but it's not high mileage either. It's been repainted, so expect to need to LOAD some one up on pictures etc.

The sweet spot to sell decent/nice foxes is between 4k-6k. They sell like hot cakes at the number, but I'm not telling you that your car isn't worth more. You're just slightly out of the bracket of "quick sale" with the kind of car you have.

I hope that helped and wasn't just a bunch of rambling! :)

I bought my car 89 lx hatch 77k Auto miles for $5500 but the paint had some crackling in clear and couple small quarter sized dents.
I think I got a steal especially where I'm located (New England).

Your color is more sought after and If it is as clean as stated I would say 8k would be a fair price.
Clean straight original cars are hard to find.
