...and what should it be??? If I'm getting a code 66 (mass air meter input voltage too low) when coming to a stop, or when suddenly getting off the throttle, will checking the meter voltage at idle tell me anything??? It always seems to throw the CE light around 2000 rpm.

There is a minimum voltage from the meter but I don't remember what it is. Measuring is easy, just + and - on the plug. It's C and D pins I think but you'll find it there.
