I just purchased a used WMS velocity tube with the PRO-M 87mm MAF unit. First what size and types of screws do I need to install this into the fenderwell. Next, is there a pipe that I can buy (not make) that goes from the TB to the MAF unit, such as the Desencharger unit? Will this work with the WMS velocity setup? What kind of gains can I expect with the whole setup from the TB down to the WMS unit?

Also,
how long does it take to clear the ECC unit disconnecting the negative battery terminal?

You get 8 RWHP from the WMS: 0 RWHP from the 87mm Pro-m: and 8 RWHP from the JJ Cobra pipe.

The pipe John Demolet sells may be too long to work with the WMS. I think you can cut it a little to fit your set up.

The pipe I made for Bob Cosby is the same thing as the Densecharger pipe.
