i was wondering if 87-93 5 lug axles would fit a 99-04 Mustang 8.8? same length and everything?

with stock 28 spine diff....

87-93 Mustangs have 4 lug axles but yes they will fit. Or you can use the driver side 5 lug axle from a ranger or Bronco two or the passenger side axle of an Aerostar. 7.5 The gear box is off center in these 7.5's compared to an 8.8 that is why only one side will work

They are too short. I think that the newer ones are 1.5 inches longer than the 94-98 models, and those years are longer than the fox bodies.

wait a second......the 99-04 is longers than 96-98, and 96 - 98 is longer than 87-93? correct?

An 8.8 is an 8.8 from the perspective of what's inside them (gears, limited slip, etc.), but the dimensions are different.

The 99+ axles are .75 inches longer than the 98-.
SuperDave Pm me if you need 99+ stock axles. We maybe able to work something out.
