I went from a Radial T/A to a Nitto Extreme Drag in those exact sizes and yes they still rub. It's a helluva lost less though. You have to corner pretty hard but they'll rub under the right conditions.
I took a baseball bat and gently ran between the tire and the wheelwell. Gentle (and I stress GENTLE) pressure will bend the fender lip so you're not tearing up the tire to badly. It's helps but again, it still rubs ocassionally.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that my car is lowered 1" in the rear as well....
