Trying to help a friend tune his 95 GT which has a Kenne Bell roots type blower on it. The meter he has is a 75mm Pro-M S/C...Although, I am not sure if this is the meter he really wants...Anyone have any ideas???? Blow-through, standard???

With KB's the general rule on MAF's and TB's is the bigger the better. I still use a 75mm Pro-M. Going bigger may not be worth the cost unless he is making over 500 rwhp.

Yeah, that makes sense but what type of meter are you using, is it for an N/A car or S/C or????

Pro-M uses a N/A MAF for KBs. They do add the 'SC Calibration' to the flow sheet, which is just a fudge factor that makes it run 10-14% richer. You can use a regular N/A MAF as long as you plan on tuning it later, otherwise it might be a tad lean. That said, when I had my EEC Tuner, I used the raw data, not the corrected data when I converted my MAF curve to 30 points. It was fine.
