Hey everybody, hows it goin?

Ok, heres my question.... I'm looking into buying an old 67 stang as a first car. Its actually very rust free (except a small 2-3 inch section behind the rear window) and got brand new interior. The engine runs and all, and may need a few parts, but not bad for 1k. :D

Here's the dillema-it needs new paint. Now, I believe its still got origional paint, and if it doesn't it only has one coat. Now, I have access to an air compressor, but where do I paint this thing? And, should I strip it to bare metal before painting it?

Also, would it be worth it trying to get it done professionally? It is just a first car, daily driver, so...

Thanks.:)

Buy the 'stang. Buy a car cover. buy a tempo. drive the tempo. brag about the 'stang.

Good luck, enjoy your car.
