thats the question. whats your best 60' with et streets. this past saturday i got a 1.46 and won the money in my class. how much better would it be with a 28x10.5 et drag.

The car popped at the 1000 ft mark, i lifted and got back in the gas and the nitrous and it went a 9.90 @ 130 and that was with a 1.49 60'. last saturday it did a 1.46 and i got out of it b/c i had the guy covered in the final, i wish i would have stayed in it.

i'm gonna try a set of 28x10.5 et drags and see what it runs but i'm keeping the et streets b/c of the tire class down here. i'm changing the rearend this weekend to 33 spline axels, c-clip elim, spool with a 3.90 gear and see what happens

My buddy has a stick shift car that runs 10's on the motor and low 10's on the spray. He went from Streets to Slicks (28") and gained .5 improvement. His car consistently goes low 1.4's and has been a few 1.39's.

i've got a little more motor this time and hopefully it'll go 9.50's or some 9.60's on et streets if not i think it'll do it on et drags. if not i'll jet it up some

Oh another one. My buddy just got 4th at Norwalk TS. He went low 1.4's and ran a 9.59 at 141 or 142. I believe it was a 1.41, but don't quote me on it. That was with the 28X12.50 Et Street.

You could probably find the time on the Fun Ford Site if interested. Those tires aren't very new either. He used Mega Byte Jr.s

My own car has gone 1.56 60 foot with the 26X11.50 ET Streets with Saleen lower control arms, Motorsport B springs, and nothing else. No struts, adj uppers, etc. That was with the stick. I have gone a best of 1.62 with the auto.
