I found a set of 351 D0OE head that have had this done to them.

Milled
1.94 intake and a 1.? exhaust.
ported
3 way valve job
Tapped for studs
A new valve job and seats.
new springs that are good up to a .600 lift.

I know i will need the 1/2-7/16 bushing kit and guide plates with studs, stud mount rockers. Is there anything else that I might need to do to to the heads to make them work before I get these heads. I'm on a budget and these heads fit right in to it.

I think you have it all. The accessory bolts might be a tad smaller on the older heads. Let us know how they work.

Make sure that you use hardened pushrods even if the ones you already have are the right length.
