what valve body 4 forward shift c4

i want/ need a normal shifting valve body for my c4. i already have a quarter stick shifter and would rather not buy another shifter. what is the best value for the money. a manual valve body will be fine. please list your experiences and the cost.

I ran a reverse pattern Fairbanks in my 69 with a Quarter stick, The only thing I had to do was swap the shift pattern plate in the shifter. When I bought my shifter new it had 3 of these plates with it.
