it depends stick or automatic? a stick would have came with 2.73 or 3.03 where a auto 3.27. If you have an auto 4.10's would be a nice jump, a stick 3.73's would be a nice jump.

And it is the axle code on the drivers side door that will tell you, not Vin.

On the door there is a vin tag. On the tag at the lower right corner there is a AX with a letter under it. If the letter is a:

4-3.42 Conventional Differential
5-3.27 Conventional Differential
6-3.73 Conventional Differential
7-3.07 Conventional Differential
8-2.73 Conventional Differential
A-3.63 Traction-Lok
B-2.47 Traction-Lok
D-3.42 Traction-Lok
E-3.27 Traction-Lok
F-3.45 Traction-Lok
J-3.85 Traction-Lok
K-3.55 Traction-Lok
M-2.73 Traction-Lok
R-3.45 Traction-Lok

Hopes this helps.

3.73s are tweener gears. Get 4.10s or don't bother.

I currently have 4:10 with TKO and V3. First gear is useless. I am putting stock gear back in.
