An Intake
AThrottle Body
Roller rockers
or a 2.5" catback

What is holding me back the most? The car just doesn't seem as fast as it should be. How bad is this stock stuff holding me back? HP and ET wise?

Right now my intake, tb and rocker arms are stock. My exhuast from my Prochamber back is 2.25" and it has Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers. I also have stock injectors and a stock fuel pump

That's a no brainer, definitelly the intake. It's the plug on a stock engine, replace that and your car will really wake up.

If I remember correctly there was an article in an old Muscle mustangs magazine where they did a test, added heads and cam first and kept the stock intake. They dynoed the car and it only gained ~40 rwhp over stock. They put a new intake on the combo and it put down close to 300 at the wheels.

ya, a cobra intake picked up 25 hp on stock heads, I bet you would get 40 hp out of it.

Ditto intake.

I think the old magazine article put in a cam and Edlebrock heads, to the tune of 6rwhp. The Performer intake added like 37 to that combo.

I'd get a Cobra or Edlebrock intake.
