Guy's I need your help??
I'm building a 01 cobra motor for my 02 gt. I have a vortech s-trim with the steeda setup with a lot of mod's and a 3.33 pulley doing 413rwhp and 392.3rwt. I'm going to put the gt s-trim on the new motor looking for 550 to 600rwhp. The heads and intake are being ported with the stock cams. The problem is what compression to run. Some tuners like rick anderson and scott at shm are telling me to go with the flat tops because you need less boost and less timing?? Others tell me no way! Go with 8.5 to 1 ??
Please help me out with some imput. The block is at the machine shop and I need to order the pistons soon!
