Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could identify what this bellhousing is/fits. The owner says it’s for an SBF but I haven’t been able to find anything that matches it. I tried googling the number that’s written on it and found an old McLeod SBF unit on Summit that’s no longer carried but the picture didn’t look the same as the one in question. Figured maybe someone here might be familiar enough to recognize what it is.

I don't have it in hand unfortunately, just the pics that were sent. Though, I didn't see anything stamped. I found an old McLeod housing that looked similar with the peaked flange at the top on eBay. The bolt pattern for the trans on the bell housing above looked to be different though, maybe a top loader housing?
Yea, they were going to pick it up for sub-$100 which would be a deal on an SFI bellhousing but it would need to match up with a TKX/TKO/Top Loader. Sounds like there may be too much gray area with this to buy it with any confidence and then also needing to source missing parts from McLeod. At least that's what I'm gathering.
