Hello, I'm curious. I got my 2007 Mustang V6 serviced and have had water problems ranging from water getting in from under the dash to the driver's side and water pooling in the door sill on each side. It seems the Ford dealer fixed the dashboard leak, but I am wondering if it is normal to get a small pool of water to form in the door sill area near the doors. I'm specifically talking about the area to the left and right of the plastic Mustang insert at the bottom of the door frame (not on the door). It usually only happens during the rain, and rarely after a car wash.

There are TSBs regarding this. Very common, if you are lucky its just the drain kazoos plugged and overflowing. But most likely its the missing seam sealer, ford forgot, on the A pillar to dash housing.

If you look above the smart junction box, you should be able to see it, also the smart junction box will have corroded pins and start to short, you will notice exterior lights that stay on.
