Okay, that pump looks great. Can you list out the fiddlybits I will need from you, to make this a nice setup?

Also, is there a magical list that shows all the applications of this pump? I see lots of mixed results when I search for it (in the Dodge lineup).
I'm still working on figuring out a fitting that converts it to a AN fitting. Its the AC style press fitting with a bolt.
Any Dodge/Chrysler between 2012-2020 is the same essentially! They have different part numbers, different reservoirs but overall the same pump! Durango, grand cherokee, charger, challenger etc.

I am just being lazy in my research to see what tank/fitting options there are. My application is not a mustang, as disclosed previously, though honoring Kevin Bacon's 6-degrees Law, it is only slightly removed (Ford owned Land Rover for almost a decade)... so we are kinda related :)

Regarding the lines: I am bidding on one currently that has the pigtails for both connectors with the lines attached.

Wouldn't it be possible to just put a double flare or that EU flare on the end of those hardlines and simply attach a double-flare>>AN (or whatever) onto that? I suppose that depends upon the OD of those metal lines (something compatible with AN3/4/5/6/etc)? Further, I could probably make a new fitting on the mill and then tap it.

Do you know the dimensions of those hardlines?

Mostly unrelated: have you seen the Canis Labs (Canis Labs Home) canpico? A guy in my network just got a yob with them and when I hit their site I immediately thought of your endeavors :)

Hey man!
I do have a customer who somehow made an adapter to a AN fitting, and he may share the step file with me hopefully!
Johan, from South Africa, and his insane Jeep – NMStec

For sizes, I just took the fitting out and took some measurements! https://photos.app.goo.gl/kjJSj5A2yw9JaDT88
Fitting ID & OD is hilariously identical to the line itself.

It is possible to flare the line I think but its a solution im not a HUGE fan of flaring the line, but I mean it should work with no problems!

Great, I will ping you on your site. It looks like you're backlogged (?)

Can't you just run the lines from the factory rack, factory hoses from the original pump, and just hook them to the new electric pump?
Almost like that yeah! Problem is some of these pumps have odd fittings. One is a Banjo fitting, another is AC line style fitting, etc. But overall if you get a controller, and overcome the fittings hurdle, it is as simple as plumb it and go!

Thank you for the reply and letting me pick at your brain for a bit, 2nd question, what do you mean as in getting a controller? I'm guessing the controller dictates what line psi I need correct? And if so, can't I just get a regulator and keep a certain amount of psi at all times and just run like that?

Hey Ben, so all these pumps (except for volvo, which runs at 70% all the time without data) need data from the car to work. I built a universal controller that supports all these different pumps. It emulates the data to the pump that makes it run. PSI is dictated mostly by your steering rack and restriction, pumps only create flow. My controller just tells it to run from 5 to 95% of its possible capacity. You can get a regulator but these pumps already have internal bypasses. (volvo and mazda 1200psi, charger 1700psi).

Awesome. How did you make the controller? Or is there one I can buy? 3rd question, do you know how much psi a sn95 runs stock?
New tab (nmstec.ca) Here you are!
Sn95 doesnt have a big rack and isn't heavy. Mazda/Volvo pump would suffice. Recommend Mazda as you can get those pumps from junkyard for $50. 2010-2012 Mazda 3 or 5. Has M14x1.5 fitting

Sure however... :)

It seems like mechanical engineers have an innate inclination to veer off the common-interface path and instead optimize for their very specific set of criteria.
TLDR: gotta put yo name on it. :)

I am converting the ends of the hoses to male AN6/6-AN/AN-6 ...whatever it's called :) Then I will convert my lines coming off the steering box to have an AN6 female on their ends. Then I'll just connect them together.

The ABS system on the #### ##### is complete poop.. so I am removing it and the hole left behind is almost perfect for the new electric pump. I am just awaiting the controller's arrival :)

EDIT: Update! They picked it up finally!

DHL ****ed up and didn't pick up packages last week :( They promised to pick up today!

Does anybody know what pressure the volvo pump puts out, and how much pressure the stock sn95 have/need to work properly? Still thinking about just plumbing my factory hoses to the new electric pump and just going with it, im just wondering about the pressure differences, or what pressure the stock rack and pinion NEEDS to work properly.

Pressure of volvo pump is up to 1200 psi, but as mentioned, it's not the pressure that matters. The rack dictates the pressure, it's if you have enough flow for it. I don't see the sn95 as a overly heavy car with large tires so I'm sure it would be enough. If you don't want to take any chances, 2012-2020 dodge/chrysker/jeep pumps put out 2.5gpm & 1700 psi

Gotcha! Thank you all so much I greatly appreciate yall letting me pick your brain for a while. I'm installing twin turbos and the pumps in the way so thats why I'm asking about converting it over to electric. Thanks again guys!
