When I poured gas in my intake ports to check the valve seats/ valves mate with each other gas started to come out of a coolant passage...can someone tell me what's going on. Are the heads ruined...cracked somewhere.? That means coolant would get into my intake, correct?

That is quite a trick. Pour gas in and have water come out.
Can you reverse the process so that when I pour water in a fuel jug I get gas to come out...
Or maybe there was residual water in the water jacket and moving the head to pour gas into the intake port allowed the water to come out.
Maybe it is a typo on your part.
If you poured gas into an intake port and gas came out of the water jacket, then yes, you have a problem.

All intake ports leaked fuel from the coolant passages?

Whether it's one or all leaking, something is wrong with your head or your testing procedure.

Heads ported too much can open the intake port to coolant passages as could a crack.

Have your machinist pressure test the head.

Ya just hafta read what he wrote.
In the unedited post he said water.
I pointed it out and he went back and changed the post to what it reads now.
I should have quoted the post so that it would show what was typed originally.
