It is hard to find part numbers without applications sometimes. Here is a bunch of info I gathered on NAPA fan switches. The on and off temps were not consistant. So some just have what must be an "on" value. There are a variety of connections for these. 1 wire, two wire, three wire. But you can always copy the part number and look on NAPA on line if you find the temps you want.

I looked at some of the applications of the chart. It seems alot of hondas used electric fan controls (some of the metric ones).
If you go here http://www.dmauto.com/web/dmauto/search/
you can paste in the part numbers, and go to "other vehicles that fit this part" you can get all the applications. So if you want, you could then go to your local non-napa store and try to get the part in a different brand. However, the napa prices-especially with the first part of the list are pretty low like 12-15 bucks.
