Well I was replacing the water pump on a friends Corsica and I snapped the head off of one of the bolts. I've never done this before so I have no idea how to get it out. The bolt is small.. about 1/8" wide. Somebody wanna help me out here?:(
Thanks,

Franklin

You need to get a screw extractor kit. You can pick these up at Sears.
There is a hardened bit that is matched to an extractor bit which has a reverse twist on it. You drill into the center of the broken screw/bolt, and then screw the extractor into the hole. Once it bites, it will remove the broken bolt.
If the bolt is too small for this, you may have to drill it out, and retap the hole.

Is there anyway to get access to the rest of the bolt? If you can maybe just try getting vicegrips on it and try backing it out. Make sure to spray penetrating lube on the threads. If you cannot get access to it, then as the other post said try a screw extractor or drill it out.
