I realize that most of the guys on the forum are into SBF stuff, but Mike Post has a strong presence there and has helped me out with some install work and Dyno tuning of my 2003 Twin Turbo Cobra. Mike and his team installed a Holley EFI system and a returnless fuel system for me then wrapped up the tuning.

Setup is a twin 61mm turbo
Oliver rods
Cp pistons 8.5 compression
Ported heads
Blower Cams (not the best for the combo but work)

I also have a 347 dart block 1995 cobra that makes 700hp and this 2003 makes significantly more power and you would think it's stock until you lay into.

Made 1065rwhp 910tq

I'd recommend DynotuneMP for any tuning needs you have sbf or the new modular stuff.

Here's a link to the Dyno video

Nice build. I'm a sbf guy but do enjoy looking at all builds. Looks like a nice combo. Hoping to get my twin 64mm setup to the dyno soon. Working out a few pesky bugs first.

The turbos were from the previous owner, I just installed fuel and EFI system. But they were installed in 2007 so I think turbo technology has made some advances since then. These spool around 4500-5000 rpm. But hang on until redline.

It is up and running now but am having issue with oil getting into cylinders. I might know what the problem is, but am pulling engine this weekend.

Engine made 480hp N/A on super flow dyno just to seat the rings. Really wasn't looking for any big hp numbers. Ran with 650 carb(supposedly flows 750), junk 1 5/8 headers and 26* timing on pump gas. Made peak hp at 6700-6800rpm with a very flat hp curve from 4700rpm and up(where it was pulled from). That is with a solid roller turbo grind cam. With bigger headers, carb and more timing it would have been an easy 500. At 15 psi it should do 1000is hp. All in should do 1300 easy probably 1400 or a tick above(fwhp). Same engine with less cam and not enough spring and a single 76mm GTS made 787rwhp at 15lbs. Ran 9.4 at 149mph at 3500lbs with limited traction in first gear. The twins should add easy 100hp at 15lbs by the improved exhaust. Had very high back pressure with the single.

How many lbs of boost did you run?
