Im kind of confused, i got low fuel press, 28psi vac conected, stock reg, fmu cal.for my 36lbs injectors and my spark plugs are black like its running super rich, i disconect the vac on the reg and it goes almost to 40psi, does the fmu starts building up press when the engine is making boost? or its suppose to bring it up at iddle too. im considering buying an adjustable reg, so what is the fuel press set to? and can i be able to remove the fmu using my 36lbs injectors. Also whats the gap on spark plugs set to? and wich ones are better for supercharge aplication brand, serial num, heat range

FMU's run rich(Safe A/F)..Black plugs w/FMU is normal(Safe). The signal for the FMU is boost(Loss of Vacuum).Sp Plug gap normally is appx .035(Sometimes Lower) & 1-2 heat ranges colder than stock..ie;Autolite 3923's Etc....If u want 2 get rid of FMU, I would make sure the A/F is ok.Can check w/wideband O2......
