I only noticed the squealing lately on 4th gear but tonight it started getting tougher to shift in any gear. And for some reason the clutch feels funny tonight but I think that's probably just a couple of threads in the cable that have popped, time for a new cable. I'm assuming the tranny has sprung a leak and is low on fluid and that is causing the hard shifting and squealing when I powershift 4th. Can somebody confirm this or give me some advice? The clutch just feels softer and could be my imagination but also like the pedal isn't coming up as high.

A stretched out cable definetly causes a hard shift. The clutch does not release. I have never heard a transmission "squeal", sorry.

It's like a metalic squeal like how I would "think" a syncro would sound. I'll check the fluid tomorrow and see how that is.
