Will I hurt the Torsen differential if i keep traction control on all the time?

Also, do I need any special type of gear oil for the T-2?

Did you ever find an answer to this? I'm having mine put in this week.

I found that if you do lose traction on both wheels (ice, mud, etc) trac ctrl will help you out.

Otherwise I keep it off! I installed the TrueTrac in my Crown Vic.
Factory 3.55s w/ a 4.6L SOHC V8 and 4R70W.

been there - it was no help re: my exact question

I tested it in real life and found the elec trac ctrl to be quite useless in the snow + ice.
