I don't recall the spec but it isn't damn much, maybe 20 ft-lbs, those bolts are small and easy to break. They are secured with lock washers and I use a little loctite blue for security, but the critical thing is to tighten them down evenly and just a little bit at a time because it's easy to torque the pressure plate down crooked and cause a grabbing problem.
The factory spec is 12-24 lbs./ft. When I see torque specifications like this I usually split the difference - in this case 18 lbs./ft. For this you will have to use an inch-pounds torque wrench set at 216 lbs./in. And, like MFE said, use some loc-tite on the bolts.
