Hey guys I am planning on getting the bulit looking chrome rims in 18x9's atleast for the back. Is is better to get that size all the way around of could I go with 17x8's in the front and benifit at all besides price difference? Also I am wondering about tires? I would like to get some grip so what size could I go with and with who? I was looking at 275/??/18 but then I am getting 18x9 and I am sure I could fit something bigger. Right now the 4.10 are killing my 245/45 but I plan to get a turbo soon as well so I will need some fat tires. What it the best application and what will fit on the car?????

I'm not sure if there is a problem having 18's on the rear and 17's on the front, but I would say get 18's all around if you want 18's. Think about just putting a bigger tire on the rear rims. I'm not sure about tire sizes in the 18", but I'm sure you could put a 285/40/18 on the rear without a problem. Then you can just get like a 255 tire on the front.

On my first setup I had 285/35/18 on the rear and 265/35/18 on the front. It looked good, the saleen i believe have 295/35 on the rear and 265/35 on the front. I have 275/35 all around now cause it cost to much to replace tires due to I couldnt rotate. Since my mustang isnt a daily driver now, next time I will get 305/35 on the rear and 275/35 on the front. Hope this helps.
