Sorry I do not have the bearing numbers but all you need to do is go to a bearings store that specializes in bearings. If you have the old bearings they should be able to cross them to the correct Timken cup and cone numbers. Timken used to make only tapered roller bearings so they would not be making the wheel bearings which are usually ball bearings with double seals with/without circlip.
Be patient with the tech as he is used to people ordering hundres of one bearing or another, and may be a little hesitant in looking up and crossing ones and twos. Have you searched the web for a bearing dealer?
