guys, just got my my new setup going (t5 swap, custom cam etc) and it running and idling ok, but stalling out when i push in the clutch to come to a stop, is there any scalars I can change in the tune ( I do have Binary editor and Quarterhorse) on the Mass Air / Auto ecm to compensate?

Thanks

doing some research I think I'm going to wire in the VSS signal to ecm and see if that helps. will post back if that solves the issue

I have decided to go ahead and get the correct ecm so the C3W ecm is out and A9L going in, also got the VSS wired into pins 3 and 6.

Did you wire in the VSS before swapping ecms?

Curious.

I am running a a9p with manual trans in my HO converted Crown Victoria.

I wired in the NGS (at trans) and the sense switch (at clutch pedal assembly(one half of the neutral safety switch)) as follows and have had no issues in all sorts of driving...parking..reversing..etc.

The above will only make sense if you are familiar with the wiring.

No it was not wired up to vss or fuel pump relay, I corrected both but also decided to get the matching ecm as there are different parameters, parameter values, some parameters are not available in auto ecm strategy.

Mine seemed to run fine also just would die when I pushed in the clutch coming out of gear to a stop. Wiring the vss probably would have solved that issue but I figured I could sell the auto ecm and at least recoup some / most of the expense.
