Yeah i'm in the process of trying to find a computer and harness for that year. Maybe the computer isn't seeing somethign plugged into the harness or something. As for the bellhousing i just hooked them up and am running it like that. Haven't noticed anything bad so far

T4M0 computer will work fine , re,pin wire in #52 to 39 thats injector #8, re-pin Wire #42 to 35 thats injector #7 physically in the wrong location so if you dont they wont fire, and move pin# 29 to 44 which is the hego-1, thats all thats require to run the T4M0 computer in a A9P car mines idling in the drive way and that all I changed just put the T4M0 in after someone fried my test port then the car refused to reatart after it got hot- info sourced from www.efidynotuning.com/cbazaswap/htm there is more that you can do if you tune it but not necessary to run the car as stated mines running right now and thats all I did, id have a fox though, the T4M0 is the sn95 computer so im.not 100% if the 94/95 harness for a gt is the same as an 89gt but this is what I did and im running the T4M0 in an aod car it takes time but the computer will learn , I really wish people would fact check things they post

I'll add to this revived post for future generations. The '95 auto computer will work with a T5 without all of this wire jumping. A competent tuner simply shuts off the auto functions in the ECU. This is first hand experience as I run a Fox T5 in my '95 utilizing the U4P2 ECU.
