Probably won't do anything to handling.
What it will do is allow the suspension to work a little better and smoother. You'll probably notice the bangs and bumps being a little softer as the chassis is stiffer and spreads the loads out.
Your car will go from a tendancy to have slight "understeer" to more of an "oversteer". The car will feel much more "tight" and "on rails" which in my opinion will cause a bit of "hop" when hitting indentations on the road while driving around corners. This is corrected by upgrading your suspension.
