The 23 tooth white speedo gear will get you the closest without changing out the driven gear in the transmission. You can get one for $20-$25 at a Ford dealer or one for $10 from a Jeep dealer. Its the same part. I have one in mine and my speedo is off 5%. (When my speedo shows 70, I'm really going 66.5)

I went to a Ford dealer to try and get mine and they told me that Ford didn't make a 3:73 gear LoL. After about 10-minutes of arguing with them, I just left. I guess I now know where all the high school drop outs work at now.
