hello everyone,
this is my 1st post here. to all the guys/girls running stick 99+ (N/A) with bolt ons, this Q is for you. ive been shifting at 6K for all shifts, but i think a 6K shift from 3rd to 4th is hurting my performance. my car dosent seem to pull that well (for whatever reason?) when i shift it that high 3-4. there isnt that much good air left in the NE (this season til sept), so i want to make ETown count tomarrow night. the weather is gonna be great! not to mention the track is full of PRO rubber (ie. traction) from this past weekend....
thanks, mike

I've experimented around, and to be honest, it doesn't make much difference. I usually shift around 5,700 or so. But shifting between 5,500 and 6,000 seems to give the same result.

Best bet is to try experimenting around a bit!
