Alignment is off or do you mean wheels are sticking out too far?
Are you sure they are 94-95 hubs?

the right side is WAY toed in.The right tire is Turing inward like its turning left. The left side tire is almost straight. This is bizarre, I have never had this happen before.
The guy said they came off his car and were fineYeah, this makes no sense. You can see better from this angle. View attachment 1096619
Yeah, this makes no sense. You can see better from this angle.Ohh. Well, that is odd. No idea other than maybe a bent mounting ear for one of the tie rod mounts or something.
Having the toe drastically change is a common occurrence when swapping from fox spindles to SN95 spindles with no other changes.
center the steering rack, and eyeball the toe to as straight as you possibly can. You will want to veryify you have an adequate amount of threads engaged.
make sure all your suspension changes are complete and go align.
Thanks for the reply. I can’t wait to get it back on the road once this dang weather breaks!I did just that. Centered the steering, eyeballed toe he best I could. It’s all straight now. It was weird, I have done 2 swaps on other foxbodys and never had this issue. There are other aftermarket parts previously installed. I need to get it to the alignment shop. It boggled me.
I do have another question for you. I’m running 18/10 rear with 285/35 Conti DWS06+ front 235/40 same tire. I don’t like the front setup, I’m debating on 245/40 or 255/40. Which would you recommend or do you have another suggestion? Thanks for the reply. I can’t wait to get it back on the road once this dang weather breaks!
Sorry I forgot to mention front 18x8.5 rear 18x10I do have another question for you. I’m running 18/10 rear with 285/35 Conti DWS06+ front 235/40 same tire. I don’t like the front setup, I’m debating on 245/40 or 255/40. Which would you recommend or do you have another suggestion?
A 245/40/18 would be ~25.7" in OD, which is the stock tire diameter. 255/40/18 would be 26.0" so larger than stock. You risk of rubbing would be higher with this tire.I do have another question for you. I’m running 18/10 rear with 285/35 Conti DWS06+ front 235/40 same tire. A 245/45-18 is 26.68 inches tallA 245/45/18 would be 25.7" in OD, which is the stock tire diameter. 255/40/18 would be 26.0" so larger than stock. You risk of rubbing would be higher with this tire.
Opps. Meant 40 but wrote 45. Thanks for catching thatA 245/45-18 is 26.68 inches tall
The 245/40 is 25.7
I agree, I have been using a tire calc and I thing I have overthought this too much and looking for a second solid opinion. See picsA 245/40/18 would be ~25.7" in OD, which is the stock tire diameter. 255/40/18 would be 26.0" so larger than stock. You risk of rubbing would be higher with this tire.
sorry this is a lot.. and I hate long winded messages.
I was hoping someone was running a setup similar that could help point me in the right direction. I don’t want to flare or have rubbing issues.
