What are the pros vs cons of the Holley high ram front mount throttle body vs the side version. Other than having to run a taller hood? Kinda contemplating switching to a side mount if anyone is interested in trading lids just pm me. It’s a 95 mm opening and has only been mocked up.

Very interested in seeing flow and dyno testing for the front and side inlet as well as the different manifold heights.

I’d be surprised if there was really any difference at all concerning performance. Side mount just seems easier to package

How is this intake compared to a holley systemmax or trickflow? Can it fit under stock hood sidemounted?

There appears to be several different heights of the HighRam, at least in the LS models. Are the different heights built for the SBF - specifically 8.2 DH. If so, I would love to see how an equivalent height HighRam with the passenger side inlet would perform against a Systemax II in both NA and Blown applications.

There is evidently several water to air intercoolers that bolts in between the hat and the body of the intake - again at least with the LS versions. Kind of reminds me of a mini version of the old Vortech Mondo Intercooler Intake.
