Has anyone ever noticed this before, or is there something wrong with my car? When I'm sitting in neutral, say when I'm parked or at a light and I turn the steering wheel to either side my idle speed drops at least 200 RPM. When I let pressure off of the wheel the RPMs go back to normal. Is this normal or is my power steering pump going?

normal. your power steering is just pulling current, and making the alternator work more.
