I'm doing a Cam, valve springs, lifters, headers, upper lower intake, throttle body, mass air meter, etc

Is it wise to replace the Roller Timing Chain Set as well?

Definately change it out when you are doing the cam... You will already have it off, and if it has any miles at all on it, it will be somewhat stretched.... They don't cost that much, so do it right the first time...

Yeah I agree, replace it. On my old stang I bought the Edelbrock gear drive. Worked great with more precise timing. If you decide to go this route get the one with the double idler gears.
