do you have to wait for the hyd. lifters to collapse before setting the torque on ped. mount rocker? I mean, tighten the bolt then wait, then go back and tighten and wait. Is there an easy way to ensure they are collapsed completly?
They have turned on me twice now after start up. Energizer Rollers 1.6 with E-cam.

I have always just bolted them down using the provided shims that come with the rocker arms. Never had to adjust ped. mount rockers. That is the nice thing about those.

Ok, when you bolt them down doesn't the hyd, roller collapse with pressure. Or do they bleed out over time? Even followed the tech guide in MM&ff or does this sound like a push rod length issue?

Bingo, one call to crane cams tech support and the light bulb came on. Push Rods are too long. I used the push rod length checker incorrectly. .150 too long to be exact. I should write a book.
