The GT40 intake on my Mustang rubbed through the A/C condenser hose that sits on top, so I need a new one. I’d like to find something better looking than the stock set up since I have to replace it anyway. Any ideas?

The hose is crimped onto the accumulator. If you are looking at replacing the accumulator, too, you can pick up *just* the accumulator and take it down to an A/C shop. They will have the proper crimping tools to install a new hose onto the accumulator and a new fitting onto the other end of the hose. This will be more expensive than buying the stock setup. I had checked into this when I was converting the 88.

If you need any A/C parts, lemme know.
I just took of my 32K original mile system off my 1989 Mustang.
Perfect working condition.
