I'm taking about various parts in the motor including the upper intake for polishing. I'm also throwing on an S-Trim as well. Should I do the IMRC deletes while it's open? I have 35k miles on the motor and have not (at least don't think) experienced any trouble from them.

What are the most obvious symptoms of the IMRC issues?

See my thread I made yesterday, has some info.

On a supercharged application, I would without a doubt recommend doing so. Either the home made way, or buy the plates already bare.

Beings that you're gonna be SC'd, you'll need a tune anyways, and that's a perfect time for the tuner to set your PCM up IMRC-less, to avoid any low RPM stumble, pulled timing and possible check engine lights.

With all the air you're gonna be moving, getting the butterflys and rods out of the way is bound to open up more power for you. And with a good tune, no driveability will be lost. :joy:

Agreed. Especially with higher boost application, get those "disasters waiting to happen" outta there. But you will have to let your tuner know you did this.
thanks
