So got an update. I am getting good spark it's trying to start but my guess is now I have bad gas in car. I put E85 in it about 5 months ago and it's sat since then. Would bad gas make it pop like it wants to start?

I did not. Thank for that I will double check my parameters. The car did start for about 2 seconds. I think the gas was bad and it was dirty.

Another update: I drained tank put new fuel in still does not do anything. I noticed that it pops after you are finished cranking the engine over. I put a light on coil and while I am cranking the engine the light never comes only until the engine stops turning over it will light up. i thought they would fire as the engine is turning.

Also here is a screen shot MAF transfer function. I have never gotten into this parameter.

Does this look correct?

turn the throttle stop screw in a turn or two. make a manual push button starter connect it to the starter post and positive terminal. loosen the dizzy a little and rotate slightly while starting the car. when its idling lock it down and then fine tune it following the instructions.

your timing is off and your throttle blade is closed too much.

I am using the push button start. I am moving the dizzy while trying to start it at a sweet spot where it try’s to start. I will try the throttle stop screw. Is it possible my injectors could be bad from the fuel?

I do not have the crank trigger.
then reset the dizzy and make sure the pick up is aligned one more time to verify. crack the throttle blade a turn or two. if it doesn't fire off, pull the injectors and send them to be cleaned, replace the fuel filter element with the correct one and drop the tank and change the sock or fuel pump assembly. e85 doesn't have a great shelf life in a fuel tank.

Will be doing my friends fuel system soon. e85 has been in the car not running for 3 years. not even going to bother trying to clean

I have already dropped the tank cleaned and coated with red coat. Clean the filter which is an aeromotive 100 micron filter and eliminator pump. I blew everything out and clean per Aeromotive instructions. Unless when I am setting the small tooth in the wrong spot I know it’s right dead on zero. The Hall effect is the small black part inside distributor correct? Btw I really appreciate the help guys first time with this system.

well if you did all that, pull the injectors and have them checked out. get in contact with derr fuel injectors
To me it sounds like lack of fuel.

If the injectors have been sitting, they might be stuck because of the e85. I had it happen to me 2 years ago, first time for me.

You can disconnect the ignition, take the upper intake off and take a look down the runners when cranking to see if the injectors are spraying. I had 6 stuck from sitting 6 months. You might be able to remove them and free them up your self if it had only been 3 months. Worth a try before you send them out.
