Pulley alignment

Can anyone give me pointers on getting correct alignment. I am seeing an excessive amount of belt dust.

you shouldn't have to do anything. The pullies just bolt up to accesories and that crank and are designed to ge aligned when bolted down. Which one do you suspect is out of alignment?
