I have trick flow top end package. Stock block With Si trim. I installed It but it has 8’ crank and 3.5” blower. Just wondering at 6k how much boost do you think I’ll make?

Max boost from what Vortech give's you on info for the head unit is at the outlet of the volute. By the time it goes through your engine depending on how good it flows the numbers will vary. Like I said every engine is different. I'd change the lower pulley to a 6.78. Slow it down to 10lbs and make it last.

I’m running a 3.47 snd a 8” crank pulley on a 351 with tfs R intake, tfs stage 2 cam and AFR 195’s. Makes 12.5 psi with some belt
Slip . I feel confident when I get that straightened out, it will make around 14psi. Another problem I’m looking at is I’m at 102% of injector duty cycle at 12.5psi

How do you get more than 100% out of an injector?
I’m just telling you what I see on the log. Point is I’m out of injector with 60’s so don’t need to pursue more boost now.

With TFS190 heads, track heat intake, Anderson power pipe, and front mount intercooler on a V3Si at 6000rpm I made 7lbs on a 6.87/3.33 combo, 9lbs on a 6.87/3.12 combo, and 10lbs on a 6.87/3.0 combo. Non-intercooled add 2lbs to each of those numbers.

I am aware of that. Just wondering if people think they can get more than 100% out of an injector.
It's working out hard every day so it can become a bigger injector.

I know this is an older post but to update this thread. I still run the 8" Renegade pulley and a 3.33 upper. I made 13-13.5# of boost at 6k. Hope this might help someone down the road or doing a search anytime in the future

You may want to take a look at the impeller speed calculation on the vortech website. Top speed for V3 bearings (not sure if the same as V1) is 52k and if I remember correctly, that pulley at 6k rpm puts it over the threashold.
