Hi guys,

A few weeks ago I installed my TKO with Tremec Bellhousing. I did a lot of research and read all posts regarding this set up. I have been happy with my setup but, last night after two hard launches on the track, my clutch slipped badly. The third time down the track I came out of the hole with a 1.80 short time when I hit second, the clutch pedal never came back up fully. On return road it seemed to operate properly, so I took it back to the line. This time, coming out of the hole, the pedal never came up all the way. I let the car cool and raced 4 more times that night with no problems. I think it had something to do with heat or hard launching. I never launched harder than a 1.90 the rest of the night.

My setup is as follows:

Tremec aluminum bellhousing
Mcleod dual friction clutch
everything else stock (related to the transmission)

I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.
