Not getting power to coils. Checked relay and it has power. Switched out relay still no power. Checked ground on relay no issue there. I went through and check to see if something was unplugged but it all looks good. Anyone know what i should check?

so you have power in to the relay and no power out? And you checked the ground side of the relay. then you are missing the 12v + signal that comes from koeo. its either loose, broken, disconnected.
