anybody know about the premium stereo in a fox? i have a 93 and it has what looks to be a amp under the passenger seat. i want to put in a system what kind of problems might i run into?

You need a bypass harness so you can remove that amp. The factory speakers will handle about 16 - 20 watts RMS. If you go to anything really powerful, you will need better speakers. BTW, the stock Premium Sound amp had common ground, speaker level inputs, so it must be bypassed when you go to an aftermarket head unit.

well i think it might have been bypassed because i had a aftermarket one put in. so you think i can just take it out? where might i find a wiring diagram for this?
