Got my car back Friday night after having 4.10's and a Stedda Clutch Quadrant/cable/Firewall Adjuster put in. I can safely say that the shop eliminated 99% of the clunk which I suspect was drivetrain slop. The adjuster has also seemed to cure the 2nd gear crunch/clunk. The notchiness is still there, but consistant in all gears. This might be the culprit with the 3650. The clutch pedal no long shudders or feels sloppy. I would highly recommend anyone with a problematic 3650 try the quadrant/firewall adjuster route.

I installed a triple-hook quadrant and firewall adjuster, and I have Syncromesh in it... it's still a giant POS. I'm going to try Redline next.

You know what really sucks? I can't find a rebuild kit for it. I talked to Hanlon, they don't have anything, D&D doesn't appear to either. Suck. =(

Try Wal-Mart AFT in your tranny. The $1.49 a gallon type stuff.

It won't shift as smooth around town but it won't be such a stubborn turd when driving it hard.
