I don't know but I will let you know very soon. I am getting ready to start practicing on a set of '95 T-bird heads that the motor blew on juice and the valves are shot. I am going to pull the valves and P&P the heads. Once I see how that turns out then I am going to do some work on a set of '98 GT heads. I will let you know.
I've got a set of SVO heads that I want to work over, so I've been investigating this one myself. I started by reading the following 2 write ups. I picked up a couple sets of old GT heads to butcher up (Thanks Dave!). Still don't have my shop set up to get started yet.
