Please help on this sputtering problem!!!

I’ve had my 2004 mustang GT 5 speed for about a year now and I still can’t figure out this problem. If I drive it regularly and just cruise the car runs fine. But once I go 3/4 to WOT the car jerks and cuts in and out. Sometimes the exhaust will make a popping sound at idle (sounds like it’s missing). Also, on some starts the car will start and die immediately. Other times it will start and run rough for about 10 seconds but after that it’ll run fine.

I’ve done

spark plugs
Coils
Fuel filter
Egr valve
Iac
Fuel rails
Intake manifold

any help I’ll appreciate it, I’m 18 so I’m still learning

anyone have any ideas?
Is it all stock? No tune or anything?
Might want to go back to to stock coils, most people say they are the best.
Did you clean the MAF?
Is there a CEL? Codes?

I have an O/R X pipe and CAI, but other than that it’s stock. I’ve cleaned MAF and IAC. I’ve gotten P0300(random misfire), misfire I’m startup, and misfires on cylinders 1,5,6. I’ve also changed the injectors on those cylinders.

I was thinking maybe a fuel pump issue. Every time I put it under heavy load, Fuel Pressure drops from around 30PSI to 5 PSI

That's a key piece.
Based on that, it's a fuel issue, but the question is if it's the pump, wiring, PWM (i.e. pressure regulator).
I'm not familiar with the returnless systems and testing so hopefully someone else has comments.
Fuel rail pressure sending unit, did you change it out? These things cause so much fuel issues. Be sure the vacuum line is brand new too.

Do you mean the fuel rail pressure sensor? I haven't changed it, but I tested it and it seemed fine.
