I have a 331 crank with Ford journals.
I'd like to get 10:1 compression with my 60cc (I think) heads.

I'd like to go with a forged piston, so who makes the best pistons for street applications. (If two or three manufacturers are nearly as good, please tell me who they are.)

Ditto for the rods.

Is there anything I should specify? Like should the pistons be in a certain weight range? Also, is the weight difference between I beams and H beams enough to make a difference in the motor's performance? I know H beams are stronger, but will an I beam motor rev more willingly than an H beam motor?

I don't know if you are on a budget, but if you are looking for the best rods go with Oliver Parabolic I beams..For pistons, C&P makes awesome pistons..Top notch from both of these companies.
