Mine did, it ran fine coming home from work, wouldn't crank yhe next morning. After a week of testing, it was the PIP in the dizzy.
Take a test light, check the power wires going to the injectors. They should have power with the ignition on. Check coil to see if it's putting out power. If it is, check a spark plug wire. If no power then, it's the TFI or the PIP in the dizzy. Easier to buy a new dizzy than to try taking the dizzy apart to put a new PIP in. A new dizzy will come with a new TFI also most of the time. If you have to get one, make sure you get one with the steel gears if you have the factory roller cam.
